Ingredients
• 150 g dark chocolate
• 4 teacups of water
• 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 dl whipping cream whole
• 1 / 2 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
• Break the chocolate into pieces, melt in a little water and salt until smooth.
• Add powdered sugar and stir until melted.
• Mix the sweet chocolate with the remaining water.
• Bring to a boil and simmer a few minutes.
• In a well chilled bowl, pour the cream
The beat cream, add sugar and vanilla.
• Pour the chocolate into the cups, put a little whipped cream and serve immediately.
