Chocolate cake without egg

For chocolate lovers with allergies to eggs.
A cake recipe very economical and very good.
It takes a good moist chocolate cake, not dry, covered with a little melted chocolate with a little water
and some candy-colored added to make a perfect birthday cake:

3 cups flour
2 glasses of water
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 / 2 c. teaspoon of salt
1 tsp coffee (optional)
1 tsp tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix together and put in greased rectangular pan, 1 / 2 hours in a moderate oven.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
