Chocolate Metz



Ingredients

250g flour
250g bitter cocoa powder
250g sugar
6 eggs
250g heavy cream


Preparation


Mix in a bowl 6 whole eggs and 250g sugar until the dough rises and is foamy.
Add 250 grams of bitter cocoa powder sifted, remus still spatula to form a smooth paste. Place 250g of flour into a fountain in another bowl. Pour the batter into the bowl containing the flour, proceed gradually, stirring gradually to avoid lumps.
Add 250 grams of thick cream. Lightly butter a cake pan. Pour in batter.
bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
