Chocolate Nancy



Ingredients

1 quart butter
1 quart chocolate
1 quart sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
some grated almonds
vanilla

Preparation

"It softens cold with a wooden spoon one quarter of butter.
It is also slightly warm to soften fourth chocolate.
Mix the chocolate and butter.
When well mixed, pour gently, stirring constantly, yolks of four eggs.
When we no longer see the yellow, add one quart of sugar always turning, then a tablespoon of flour, no more.
You can still add grated almonds and vanilla.
When everything is well mixed and took a nice color, add egg whites beaten stiff.
It makes them disappear into the dough by turning.
Poured into a buttered pan and put it in the oven.
