Ingredients (serves 4):
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g flour fluid
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1 piece pumpkin 100 g
- 20 g butter
- 120 g fine sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 80 g ground almonds
- 2 egg whites
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
Ask an adult to preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
Grate the pumpkin using a grater with small holes, then mixing it with 20 grams of sugar and cinnamon.
Melt chocolate in double boiler and mix it with pumpkin.
Beat egg whites until stiff with remaining sugar. Add the ground almonds and cream, then flour into rain, and finally the pumpkin chocolate.
With a tablespoon, laid a lot of dough on a sheet of buttered greaseproof paper, laid on a plate. Slack-wet with a fork.
Let them bake for 10 minutes, and then detaches them from the paper (ask for help to an adult, so you do not burn you finger tips) and let them cool on a rack.
