Policy
Please review carefully this refund and returns policy each time you
place an order with us . We have the right to make changes to
this policy if and it permits on a daily basis. Let us know if you have

45 DAY (6 weeks)
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE *
If you are not fully 100% Satisfied within with our product you can
return the full package by the end of the 45 days or 6(six) weeks from
your invoice date. The undamaged item(s) must be at our facilities
within 10 days after your 45 days of guarantee is up. So, if your
invoice purchase date is January 1, 2005 then we should have your return
package at our receiving dept. no later than the end of the 3rd week of
February 2005, to receive a full refund. (Excluding shipping, & handling

to get a return authorization number (RA) from our customer service
department. All ITEMS MUST BE RERTURNED

HEAT KITS ONLY- EXCLUDING: WORKOUT EQUIMENT AND CLOTHING ATTIRE ).
What Doesn't Cover
No money back guarantee on workout equipment or any clothing
attire.
Damaged Products
If you experience any problems when receiving your product, like if it
has been damaged during shipping, always accept the shipment and mark it
damaged and send it back to us. Superfits will send you out another
package immediately.
Directions for Returns
Call us at 1-866-92-BE-FIT (3348) Returns/Refunds dept. No returns will
be accepted without an RA number. All returned products must be in the
same condition that they were received by you and in the original
packaging. Please hold on to all packaging, instruction manuals, etc.
until you are sure that you are happy with the products you have
purchased.
- Please note that return shipping charges are not included in the
refund and it is your responsibly to pay for return shipping.
- If you return a product damaged or not in the original box it is
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a
signature for proof of delivery.
Shipping Information:
We have made shipping easy for you while making sure you get
the best possible price. Superfits offers three ways to ship your
product:
- FedEx: Ground, Overnight,& 2 nd day
- UPS, Ground, Overnight & 2nd day.
- USPS Parcel Post, please
allow 21 days for delivery.
If your order includes items that are to be
shipped via Common Carrier, a Common Carrier delivery company will
contact you to set up a delivery time. You must be at the delivery
destination when your order arrives. Please note that Common Carrier
does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Please sign for all your
receivables.
Note:
Additional shipping charges may apply to residents outside the United
States .

When will I receive my
product after I return it?
When we receive your product with the RA number we will refund you
within 10 working days.

This policy may change from time to time. If we make any substantive
changes to the policy in the future with regard to how we use your
information, we will post those changes on our Web site in this location
together with the date of the last update. Your continued use of the Web
site after the changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the
changes, both with regard to information we have previously collected
from you and with regard to information we collect from you in the
